CASA Ambassador Melinda Thomas is participating in the Race for the Arts 5k in Sacramento on the morning of August 28, 2010, designating all donations collected in her name to support CASA. Race organizers are looking for performing arts groups to "do their thing" on race day, along the course and at the after-party. Wouldn't it be fun to have an a cappella group... or two or three... involved? Contact Sally Rice, event coordinator, if your group would like to perform - and I'll see you there!
