Hey all: This is my group's latest music video, all a cappella. Let me know what you think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wm49mbQXAtQ

Show em some love, people. :-)

I wanted to come on here and say a few words about Metro. I know these guys as musicians as I have worked them professionally. I also know them as people and good friends. You won't find a nicer bunch of guys. They really are a very talented group with a mastery of vocal techique and interpretation of a cappella arrangements. They started out primarily as a barbershop group that did a variety of different styles of music on Celebrity Cruises. Since then, they have developed into a really refined group that is now exploring contemporary a cappella as well.

They have a new CD on iTunes which is really spectacular. It doesn't contain a lot of the studio magic and production that has become the norm lately. But the singing and delivery of the music is really, really superb. I especially like their "A Quiet Place" originally made popular by Take 6. I can't tell you how many times I have listened to that track and it's just as good every time.

So if you like pure, quality a cappella that is still cutting edge, definitely give these guys a listen and check out their website and YouTube videos. I pointed them to CASA and RARB to introduce themselves to our little community. So let's show em some love guys. They really are something special.
