Alex Luck lets us know: "I don't know if you're aware but BBC Radio 4 transmitted a programme about the King's Singers this morning in the UK.  They put all of their programmes on to the web so anyone can listen online. 'Crypt Music Kings' http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/index.shtml. Click onto 'listen live' and scroll down to the programme. It's a brilliant programme - I'm sure it'll be of huge interest to CASA visitors. Take care, Alex Luck"

A fun example of a cappella cross-pollination: Minimum Wage hosts the official podcast of the FringeNYC festival, the "FringeClub Variety Power Hour featuring Mini Wage" (hear it here: http://www.evoca.com/everyone_recording.jsp?rid=13711), and they are using Kid Beyond's "Mothership" from his newest CD, "Amplivate", as their bumper music. We will soon have an article about Minimum Wage's run at the Fringe, as well as a review of "Amplivate", here on CASA.org. Stay tuned!

Speaking of the New York International Fringe Festival – FringeNYC 2006, one of the featured shows is "Perfect Harmony", which is "an entertaining and amusing theatrical mockumentary about a championship high school a cappella group" (from the press release). The show runs 5 times this month. http://www.fringenyc.org. We will run a review of "Perfect Harmony" at the end of the month.
