Boston's None of the Above is looking for one guest group for its annual a cappella bash called Spring Fev-ah! NOTA will team up with "Talk to the Hand" and one other guest group for this year's showcase.
This coffeehouse style concert has become a local favorite over the years, with sell out crowds the past 5 years running. Previous guests have included Boston Accent, Copley Cats, Fretless, Overboard, Redline, Similar Jones, soniCrush, and Undertone.
We're looking for all styles and genres of a cappella music... nothing is off limits!
**Strong preference for groups that do not require electronic amplification.**
Some concert details:
Date: Saturday, May 8, 2010 -- 7:30pm
(Dress rehearsal/social event on May 7)
Location: Wellesley Hills, MA
(Commuter rail accessible)
Desired set length: 25-30mins
(Repertoire should be fairly family friendly.)
You will be expected to help with ticket sales.
You will receive a percentage of the after expense profits.
You will have the opportunity to sell CDs and/or other group
merchandise. (You keep 100% of that)
