
This week (May 11-14, 2006), CASA's Bill Hare is attending the Aarhus Vocal Festival in Aarhus, Denmark. The festival includes concerts from over 40 groups including Rajaton,The Real Group, baSix, Vocal Line, Touche, VoxNorth and Vocappella. There will also be workshops, coachings, competitions, and lectures. Bill will be sending back daily reports to us here at CASA.org. So join us for the next few days as we bring you the 2006 Aarhus Vocal Festival!

Roger, the only other American in attendance besides myself, used a pitch pipe to start off the singers. The one thing I noticed about every other group here is that they all use tuning forks, not the pitch pipes or electronic tone generators we use in North America. | ![]() |
