CASA - The Contemporary A Capella Society

An exciting and entertaining performance group bringing the popular sound of college-style a cappella to the streets of Manhattan. Founded in July 2003, the group has strong musical foundations, talented members and a growing fan club. The music we sing reflects New York’s greatest attribute: diversity. Our repertoire spans jazz, doo-wop, oldies and popular rock, making us perfect for any number of performance opportunities. Our members are 20- to 30-year-olds who live in the New York area and have extensive musical backgrounds. We share a passion for singing and believe that quality music results from talent and musicality, but also enthusiasm and friendship.
