CASA - The Contemporary A Capella Society

The Kentucky Vocal Union was created in November 2006 by a group of Kentucky barbershoppers interested in developing a professional musical organization suited for competition at the highest caliber.

The KVU is directed by long-time barbershopper Aaron Dale, a nationally-renowned member of the Barbershop Harmony Society and arranger of music for several well-known groups, including: O.C. Times, Masters of Harmony, Vocal Spectrum, , Realtime, and most recently, the BHS 2008 International Chorus Champions, Westminster! He challenges our membership to produce the most mature and solid sound possible, and so far, he's succeeded in that endeavor.
