Shenzhen May 10, 2012 – LiquidThread, a Branded Entertainment division of Starcom MediaVest Group, together with Shenzhen Satellite TV have launched “Doublemint The Sing-Off” in China.

“Doublemint The Sing-Off”, is the first national A Cappella group talent show, focusing on the original sound and singing of performers. As the main sponsor, Doublemint has been consistent in delivering the brand message: “Fresh Breath Brings Us Closer” and this year, Doublemint specially designed the competition slogan  “Sing together, Amazingly better”, to encourage contestant groups to  challenge the beauty of voice synchronization with enhanced chemistry and togetherness.

Originating from the U.S, “The Sing-Off” is one of the most challenging talent shows. Having aired for three seasons, the show’s ratings for the last two seasons have exceeded  American idol. At the same time, the programme has also achieved success in Holland and France.
