My group has done some charitable work in the past. If we receive the JAMAA funds to help pay for our equipment or recording, etc. we'll be free to do even more charity work in general. Do I need to specify exactly what charitable work we'll do in the future?
Highly specific applications are stronger than general or vague applications. The committee should not have to guess at the benefits to the community that granting your proposal will produce. Make your application explicit and detailed.
