The Nor'easters are Northeastern University's premier co-ed a cappella group. As the oldest group on campus, the Nor'easters have continuously striven to maintain the highest standards of musicality while still keeping the fun and love alive.

You can find them rehearsing Mondays, Thursdays and every other Sunday (really) within the halls of Ryder. They share with each other not only the love of singing and performance, but also the desire for true friendships and "bonding" (infer from that what you wish).

Currently there are 7 female and 9 male voices making up the Nor'easters sound, and of course, a wonderful vocal percussionist rounding out the bunch. A very diverse group of students, the Nor'easters also perform a huge variety of music. Take a look at our Repertoire to see for yourself! From busking on Newbury, to caroling on the quad, to birthdays on the beach and to the famed ICCAs, the Nor'easters aim to please at any venue (rrrrroadtrip!).
