Empire City Men's Chorus

The Empire City Men's Chorus, New York City's only predominantly gay men's chorus dedicated to the performance of classical music, is celebrating its 20th season of concerts.

Founded in 1993, the Empire City Men’s Chorus was initially formed by members of the gay community who were interested in creating a male chorus featuring an eclectic multilingual repertoire of predominantly classical music. Throughout its history, the ECMC has presented concerts boasting a wide variety of well-known composers and newly commissioned works with a classical sensibility.

The Empire City Men’s Chorus is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
