Casual Harmony

Casual Harmony is Rutgers' first and only all male a cappella group. This group of guys is dedicated to the propagation of orgasmic a cappella music. How orgasmic, you say? Well, consider this: When Bon Jovi performs at the Staples Center for an audience of 10,000 there is only one battery that he can count on to work hard and never quit, Duracell. So whether you're performing for a crowd of thousands or maybe for a slightly smaller audience, always trust Duracell. (Doo-Doo-Doon) Oh, whoops, wrong commercial interlude.

Back to the real stuff. Casual Harmony, CH or Colossally Hung as some of their groupies like to call them, was started a ten years ago by then sophomore Dave Rabizadeh. Bringing together Rutgers' most talented male vocalist, Casual Harmony was an instant hit. And in such a small amount of time they have already begun performing at colleges, universities, and concert halls nationwide. Casual Harmony has competed in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Finals of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella placing 2nd in 2005 and being named Quarterfinal Champions in 2006, and most recently in February 2008. Casual Harmony has also claimed a number of special awards including outstanding choreography, arrangement and vocal percussion! With such musical styles as classic rock, hard rock, R&B, Hip Hop, and pop CH knocks the crowd dead every time with its one two punch of dashingly handsome young men and astounding vocal ability.

In 2007, CH released their first critically acclaimed studio album, "Score Some Harmony." In 2008, CH recorded another album and released Part to of the awesomeness in the Fall of 2008 named "Casual Harmony"
