"Voices Only" Showcases Collegiate A Cappella

Voices Only announced the web launch and opening of the pre-sale period for its inaugural dual-disc a cappella compilation album, "Voices Only 2005". The Web site can be found at www.voicesonlyacappella.com.

"Voices Only 2005" is a two-disc collegiate compilation album comprised of 30 tracks released by various collegiate a cappella groups from across the United States. The dual-disc album retails for $15.00. Groups appearing on the disc include such acclaimed and award-winning ensembles as the Dartmouth Aires, USC Sirens, Northwestern Purple Haze, UVA Hullabahoos and Duke Pitchforks.

"Voices Only" claims to include not just the "best" a cappella tracks, but the best mix of songs, each chosen for a different and specific reason (including soloists, production, arrangements, innovation, etc.). Sound clips from all 30 tracks can be found at the Voices Only Web site, www.voicesonlyacappella.com.

"Voices Only" was founded by a cappella veterans, Brock Harris and Corey Slutsky. The duo noticed there was such a plethora of high quality a cappella being produced on a yearly basis that single-disc compilations were no longer big enough to accommodate that quality.

Voices Only 2005 is expected to arrive around Thanksgiving, upon which all pre-sale orders will be fulfilled and shipped shortly thereafter.
