Coachings! Coachings are 45 minutes each, private, open only to the groups and their invited guests, scheduled on a first-come, first-serve, availability basis and only open to groups where all members have paid for full weekend passes. All coaches will meet their groups at the beginning of scheduled sessions in room 2 and from there may remain in room two or use another available room on site if more than one event is scheduled for rm 2.

Learn from the pros how to choose the right package, save money by preparing your materials correctly, and get return on your investment by placing your product in the right markets. Topics include graphics and master preparation, budget, timeline, and your questions. Discussion led by Oasis Client Advisor Eileen Joyner and Oasis Project Manager Joe Anzuena (Elizabethtown Phalanx '98-'02 and Lunatic Groove '02- '05).

We are having a local restaurant provide food.The lunch combo is just $8 (not included in ticket price) and will include: 4 inch sub (roast beef, turkey, ham, veggie) salad, drink (soda or water), your choice of chips, fruit or candy. This is simply the spot where some performers and adult summit attendees will be relaxing after the show. It is not for HS students to attend.
