SIOUX CITY -- Siouxland Discovery Chorus and Tonic Sol Fa are joining forces to raise money for the Crittenton Center with a benefit "A Cappella Extravaganza" concert April 5 at the Orpheum Theatre.
The Crittenton Center provides more than 20 programs and services for children and families, including early childhood education, emergency shelter, crisis intervention and prenatal and postpartum medical services.
Siouxland Discovery Chorus features barbershop-style harmony. Tonic Sol Fa, much in demand as an independent touring group, has taken a cappella to a new level with original pop arrangements.
