PHILADELPHIA -- It's nerve-wracking enough to sing in a studio for a national TV audience, as the University of Delaware's a cappella singing group -- The Deltones -- has done this year on NBC's prime-time show "The Sing-Off."

Saturday night, the 15-singer group was at the packed Citizens Bank Park to sing the national anthem as the Phillies opened their National League Division Series against the St. Louis Cardinals.

The fans already were stirred into a frenzy with the introduction of the Phillies, who were lined up along the first base line, just before the national anthem.

The Deltones -- all wearing smiles and red Phillies T-shirts -- gathered just to the side of third base, with the Cardinals lined up behind them.
