When did you first become involved in a cappella? In what capacity?

I sang in an amateur a cappella group in the 1970s, also was a fan of The Nylons from the beginning.
When did you first become involved with CASA?
I can’t remember, but it’s been a long time!

What area do you cover as a CASA ambassador?

What role do you play as a CASA ambassador and/or what role would you like to play?
I’m basically a contact person and I support the few university groups we have here.  I’d like to do more, but I don’t really have the time.
What do you do for work and play?
I work for John Abbott College in the Facilities department as a building systems technician.  I’m very active in my church and still love to sing.

Tell us one thing about yourself people would be surprised to learn
That I wrote songs and sang in various kinds of groups a long time ago!

Favorite a cappella group?
Effusion (McGill University)
Favorite type of music?
A cappella of course!

Favorite a cappella concert?
Effusion’s concerts are always great! But of all time I’d have to say the first time I saw Rockapella, years ago at the Bottom Line in NYC.  When Sean Altman was still in the group.

Anything you'd like the CASA readership to know about your area?
La Bande Magnétik rocks!
