For the 11 Fannin family children, singing comes as naturally as breathing.

The Fannins of Hortonville are sort of like a modern version of the Partridge Family — harmonizing with ease and smiling all the while.

The brothers and sisters, sons and daughters of Robin and Katherine Fannin, have grown up singing together — often huddled around as their mother plays the piano and breaking into song while sitting around the kitchen table at the family homestead.

For the past five years or so, they’ve even performed for audiences at church and school functions and other local events.

This summer, though, eight of the siblings found themselves performing on a much larger stage — one at Sony Studios in LosAngeles
