WANTED: Boston Part-time Children's A Capella Teacher

  • Teach a cappella on behalf of The Bubs Foundation's program - Be The Music
  • Goal of class is to culminate in a performance at end of each semester (December / May)
  • Class locations are all schools and after-school programs in Boston and immediate suburbs
  • The Bubs Foundation and the school/program provide support and optional curriculum, leaving space for teacher creativity
  • Student age ranges from middle school to high school
  • Class size ranges from 8-15
  • Class duration ranges from 1-2 hours/week
  • Required commitment of at least 1 school year
  • Pay = $30/hr plus $10 travel stipend per class; paid monthly
  • Starting this fall
