SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE - A group of singing volunteers donated St. Louis Cardinals tickets to Team Scott members June 29 in support of deployed families. The tickets were for the Fourth of July game where the group also sang the national anthem.

The group, known as Four Digit Chord, consists of civilian and military volunteers at Scott Air Force Base. They were founded in 2007.

“Our membership includes several organizations and agencies across the base with active duty officers and enlisted, to civilians,” said Jeanine Dunn, a member of the group who works at Air Mobility Command headquarters.

The group performs the national anthem and various patriotic songs in acapella at retirement, promotion and award ceremonies at Scott and select community events.
