Calling for Auditions!Seeking like-minded, serious singers to join. Small group orientation, singing challenging arrangements from rock, alternative and pop genres. Currently looking for higher voice parts - Tenors and Sopranos, as well as Vocal Percussionists. Would prefer previous a cappella experience, but will definitely consider candidates with prior vocal training.
Auditions will be held
Tuesday, July 1st in North Raleigh, at 8pm. If you aren't able to make it on Tuesday, we will also be holding auditions
Monday, July 7th at 7:30pm. They will be held at Umstead Park United Church of Christ,
www.upucc.org, (Glenwood to Brownleigh right next to Umstead Park). We would like for you to have a prepared solo of your choice, and will have you tested for range, blending abilities, and sight reading. (If you aren't comfortable with sight reading, that's alright). We're looking for people who are willing to try hard and really enjoy singing.
