I gotta ad my 2-cents on the food thing....Hot Peanuts! My band was addicted to hot nuts (yeah, funny) on tour. Somehow gets ya through. I actually reviews about a dozen different brands of hot nuts...I'll have to dig that up...
Another awesome thing...that Emergen-C powder stuff. Just buy a bottle of Ice Mountain Water and drop in the powder. Much better than Gatorade or any of that totally sugared stuff. Have one every other day (as well as plenty of plain water) and your voice will be glorious!
