While there is still a lot of information TBD, I wanted to get the dates out to interested persons in a timely fashion.

The 3rd annual Las Vegas A Cappella Summit will be held Thursday and Friday (Saturday??) October 2nd and 3rd. In the past this event has featured performances by moosebutter, Mosaic, SoCal VoCals, USC Trojan Men, and BYU Noteworthy.

We are looking for groups to perform as "Guest Artists" (collegiate or professional). We are also looking for high school groups and students who wish to participate in the event.

We will also be looking for groups or individuals who would like to:

* Donate recordings to be given away
* Sell merchandise at the event
* Donate arrangements for our Teacher reading session
* Send posters, banners, flyers, or other promotional materials

Again, more information is forthcoming, but I wanted to send out the first initial "flare" as soon as possible.
