Hey There, Hi There, Ho There,

Well, we don't need to complete that thought... My name is Jeff Barsky and I am looking for several other singers in the Las Vegas Area to form an A capella vocal group. This is starting from scratch and I would like it to be a mixed vocal group. Even got some sheet music already...

A bit about myself...

I am 40 y/o, and have been singing for over 30 years of that. Like many others I started out in my Temple singing with a small choir. I then started more formal voice training under the tutelage of our cantor. Through High school and college crafted my voice and range. Spent 2 years on the jazz circuit on LA and 1 year with the LA Opera (Please do not ask about the Wagner... oy vey...) After that I had an actual career, and about 5 years ago got back into sing with a Barbershop Quartet. Well, I moved to Vegas and severed ties with the chapter I was with, but wanted something more, and that is what brings me here...

My usual range is bari to tenor but can pinch bass is need be. Singing BSQ I was lead, but if you got the pipes to beat me... you lead... Anyway, I do not know if this will go anywhere, but it would be cool to see the response and see if we can get something going and create some great sounds.
