Treble

Treble is New York City's finest all-female a cappella group, comprised of eleven women dedicated to the art of pop-rock vocal performance. The group was founded in 1996 by a collegiate a cappella group alumna who was eager for a musical outlet in the "real world." She recruited a few fellow talented vocalistas to join her and Treble was born.

Their diverse rock, pop and jazz repertoire includes songs by artists such as Michael Jackson, The Postal Service, Pink, Maroon 5, Regina Spektor, and The Police, among others.

The ladies harmonize weekly to prepare for performances at various venues including Joe's Pub, Bar Nine, the Baggot Inn, the Guggenheim Museum, and Lincoln Center. Off-stage, each Treble-ette is devoted to a noble professional cause. On-stage, they cultivate a rich blend of tones, moves, and grooves that leaves the audience energized, mesmerized, and wanting more.
