All-female contemporary a cappella at MARY BALDWIN COLLEGE in Staunton, VA!
Charm is a group of 10-14 lovely ladies from all areas of study across campus. Our rep consists mostly of radio hits from the 80's through today's Top 40, encompassing any and all genres, and we're always looking for more ways to challenge ourselves.
We perform at various local and campus wide events throughout the year and host a benefit concert twice a year in conjunction with the Madrigals group on campus, but our primary focus is on our semesterly CHARM JAM, when we invite groups from other schools to perform with us.

Founded in 1985 by Dr. Robert Allen, Baldwin Charmers have come from all sorts of backgrounds and lifestyles to make the fine a Capella group that is Charm today! Driven by our love for music, our dedication and talents have been hailed by the Mary Baldwin College and the local communities of Staunton and Waynesboro. Charmers come from anywhere in America (and occasionally beyond!) and encompass all fields of study, but then, that's the beauty of a cappella!
